Capacity OS™

How is this different from the 2.5-hour workshop?
The workshop gives you the framework and vocabulary. The cohort installs the architecture. Six weeks of sequenced work means each module has time to settle before the next one arrives. The workshop is an entry point. The cohort is a structural container.
Do I need to have done the workshop first?
Yes. The workshop establishes the shared vocabulary the cohort runs on. Applicants who have not attended are invited to the next workshop before the application conversation. See the next workshop →
What is the investment?
Investment is disclosed inside the application process once fit is established. Serious applicants only. Payment is handled privately, not through a checkout page.
What if I miss a session?
The cohort is designed for full attendance. Missing a week is possible but missing two breaks the sequence. Applicants who cannot commit to six consecutive weeks are better served by waiting for a cohort they can.
Is there 1:1 access with Dharma during the six weeks?
Limited. The cohort includes asynchronous review of decision journal entries and a closing 1:1 conversation in Week Six. Between-session 1:1 access is not the model. For that work, private advisory is the container.
What happens after Week Six?
Cohort graduates are offered a private conversation about The Restoration Architecture™, the year-long 1:1 advisory engagement. There is no pressure to continue. The cohort is designed to stand on its own.
How are applicants selected?
The application is reviewed directly by Dharma. Composition matters. A cohort of eight senior leaders operating under comparable load produces a different working container than a random group. Fit is assessed on both individual readiness and cohort dynamics.
If the workshop gave you the map, the cohort gives you the work.
Applications are reviewed personally. The process begins with the questionnaire below and ends with a private conversation. Cohort dates are announced first to approved applicants.
